About Hyperbaric Results

Hyperbaric Results is an independent authorized reseller of Newtowne Hyperbarics products. We provide consultation, sales, rentals, rent-to-own arrangements, and customer support for mild hyperbaric chambers and related accessories. All chambers featured on this site are manufactured by Newtowne Hyperbarics.

Prescription Requirement

FDA regulations require that mild hyperbaric chambers be sold or rented on the order of a state-licensed practitioner. A valid prescription or physician's license is required before any purchase or rental can be completed.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, product availability, or errors in pricing or product information.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.

Rentals & Rent-to-Own

Rental and rent-to-own agreements are governed by a separate written contract signed at the time of the transaction. That contract controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty terms are provided by the manufacturer, Newtowne Hyperbarics, and vary by product. Contact us for details on returns, exchanges, or warranty claims before initiating a return.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyperbaric Results is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site, our products, or hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hyperbaric Results is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
